Seoul got a flash of Gucci glamour this morning. On July 30, the Italian house staged a photo wall event at the Shinsegae Department Store’s Gangnam branch in Seocho-gu, drawing a lineup that read like a cross-section of Korea’s biggest names in music and film.
Front and centre: Stray Kids’ Lee Know, who’s been a Gucci global brand ambassador since June 2025, following a run of appearances that started with the house’s Cruise 2025 show in London. He was joined on the photo wall by aespa’s Ningning, actor Jay Park, veteran actress Lee Young-ae, and actress Park Kyu-young , a guest list spanning K-pop, film and a genuine acting legend, all under one roof for a single morning event.
It’s a low-key but telling appearance for Lee Know, whose relationship with the house has quietly deepened over the past year, from front-row guest to full ambassador with genuine styling input on his public looks. No new campaign or collection was announced alongside the event , this was Gucci simply showing up in Gangnam, and bringing its highest-wattage Korean names with it.
